CONQUER is a comprehensive, co-occurring, outpatient mental health and addiction treatment clinic We treat a variety of mental health conditions to include but not limited to anxiety, depression, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, OCD and ADHD. We treat a variety of substance use disorders to include alcohol, opioids (including fentanyl), methamphetamines, benzodiazepines, and more. We also offer outpatient detox on a case by case basis. We offer in-person and telehealth options. We are low barrier to care with the ability to offer rapid appointments as needed. We accept all Medicaid plan, TriWest and most commercial insurance plans. We do not accept Medicare
