My involvement in this program has really upleveled my life. In the time since I've entered the program I have entered a stable relationship, finally! I opened a business. I went through some heavy life blows and came out the other side still not relying on substances to ease my mind. They will work with you if you'd prefer to work with a different counselor. They will help you out when you are struggling financially with this very expensive service. There are classes provided outside the usual counseling and education that remind you of real-life experiences that bring joy and how to access it. If you stick with it, do the work and communicate (three things that may have slipped in life) you will come out the other end better off. Take it seriously and show up for you, no one else. ~ Kylene A

Conquer has the most AMAZING staff!!! They not only help get people through some of the most difficult challenges life has to offer but they actually care about you!!! They dont judge or bring you down instead they build you up and are there for every step of the way!!! If you are out there struggling wanting a better life for yourself CONQUER is just what your looking for I promise anyone that!!! You have nothing to lose by calling and giving them a SHOT lol (no pun intended) if it does not work for you well you know how to go back to your old life. My counselor is one of the most helpful, intelligent and diversely skilled people I've ever had the privilege of working with and has been integral to my ability to thrive over the years. I appreciate his integrity in identifying how to support my and my peers' individualized needs as we come from all walks of life and all situations. He provides and facilitates connection during some of the harder times in life. He excels in effective practice, is well-versed in theory and goes above and beyond to ensure that all avenues of outreach are endeavored toward, especially pertaining to his customized, peer interest-driven groups. I also greatly respect his advocacy for our community. I've followed in his footsteps and pursued a degree in behavioral health. I count my experience with him as integral to my education and am inspired to provide the same empowering treatment that he has provided me to others in the future. ~ Macy J

This place is beyond amazing and life changing. Specially Kelly L. she has helped my children and I during the worst most horrific time in our lives. Long story short, one of my children was a victim to a horrific crime. After we got out of the hospital we had to continue to live in the crime scene. As you can imagine it was just a nightmare over and over and nobody felt safe. All my kids slept with me on 1 couch because everyone was scared to sleep alone. I couldn't work because my kids didnt feel comfortable without me nor me them. Kelly helped us get into an apartment far away. We got to pick out all brand new things for everyone's rooms and the whole apartment so nobody would be triggered with familiar things. This has been the safest, most comfortable my kids and I have been in so so so long. Kelly works with me, doesnt judge me, has patience with and understands my neurodivergence. Honestly she is probably an earth angel. Conquer Clinics and their people are amazing! Thank you. ~ heather h

I've heard great things about these guys so i called to fet an appointment. It took me a little while to complete the forms they sent me but i received a call today from Leah im guessing to check on the form completion. I was working and wasn't able to answer but just getting a call from them helped remind me to finish the forms and it just seemed like they actually cared. I just got done with the 3 they sent me and im looking forward to working with u guys! ~ Corey

I’m a new patient of Dr Cogburn, and following my first initial appointment, was inspired to come leave a review (I rarely take the time to review, tho I always like to read them). I felt he did a great job listening to my concerns. He cared, and honestly wanted to help with finding the best solution for the issue I was facing with my medication management. He was quick, but thorough, and I’m very happy and grateful that I found him. ~ Travis H

The support and love you get from the staff from the first phone call is genuine, pure, and sincere. Even though I do not feel deserving of it they just throw words telling me otherwise and action of those who have your best interest at hand. Big shout out to Roger and Diane. The folks at Conquer addiction work with co-occurring disorders. Treating mental health and addiction with thought exercises, medication management, and an overall love of life. They are a blessing in a world where it is next to impossible to obtain decent mental health treatment at some of the larger corporate medical clinics. They accept most forms of insurance and are flexible in re-scheduling appointments. 5/5 ~ Alexander V

Dr. Jacob actually listens I am sick of doctors just telling me what they think is wrong without listening to my symptoms first, so far very impressed, just wish time slots were longer as i am not able to explain things as well as some people but that's not his fault there are hundreds of other people with bigger problems for the amount of time, we have DR. For seven years, I managed a homeless day center in Snohomish County. I was always the caregiver, completely overlooking my own health to prioritize my clients. To build their trust, I would always be the first to engage with visiting medical providers. That routine saved my life the day Dr. Tom Robey from Conquer and the E.M.O.T.E. team walked in. When Dr. Robey asked if anyone needed care, I stepped up to set an example, casually mentioning some chest pain I’d had a few nights prior. Right there in my office, he pulled an entire diagnostic clinic out of his bag—blood pressure cuff, heart monitor, EKG device, and more. My blood pressure was dangerously high. I refused to leave with him right then, but Dr. Robey sat with me, explained the severe risks, and made me pinky-promise to go to the hospital. Reluctantly, thinking of my three children waiting at home and needed me healthy, I dragged myself to the walk-in clinic later that Friday night. I will never forget the numbers when they took my vitals: 204/116. The room instantly swarmed with medical staff. The next thing I remember, I woke up on Sunday. If Dr. Robey hadn't come in for outreach that day—if he hadn't made me understand my own worth to the community and the gravity of the situation—I never would have walked through those clinic doors. I truly believe I wouldn't be here today. ~ sandra D
